Recommend it for groups who appreciate comfort
The staff is really good, just asking me if I needed anything, and they provided hand warmers when we arrived early and had to wait for our room. The breakfast selection was out of this world. I mean, fresh croissants and an amazing variety of fruits and meats! I felt pampered every morning!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

I thoroughly enjoyed its lovely little and well-appointed rooms.
I was there for 2 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was luxury with personal toiletries and a shower. Extremely helpful and very helpful staff with an exceptionally attentive staff member assisting and kept the hotel clean.

Our stay was amazing! The breakfast buffet was so diverse, offering fresh pastries and yogurt. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a luxurious touch, and the decor was exactly as pictured online. We're definitely coming back!

The location in the middle of the lower town in Quebec is simply brilliant. From here, one can explore all of Quebec on foot. The staff in the hotel is really very nice and charming, water and coffee are free all day long. The rooms are not huge but very cosy and also the breakfast is good.

The location was superb, just a
Few minutes away from major attractions and dining options. The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, though the bathroom space felt a bit cramped. I appreciated the thoughtful breakfast selection that catered to different dietary needs.

Very spacious and nice design room. The location in the old port is just perfect, book room 42 with view on the port
Not impressed by the breakfast. Would expected something more classy from an hotel and restaurant of this range. Also I was very surprised and upset by the fact that I was charged for 6 calls (1$ each) made from my room with actually a pre-paid calling card. Never experienced this anywhere in the world before.

Great staff boosted our experience.
Our room was cleaned daily, but not thoroughly. Used washcloths were left in the shower, and a hand towel by the sink was not clean despite being neatly folded. Figuring out the TV was frustrating as there were no instructions provided.

Well-equipped rooms, good location, super fluffy towels and bathrobes, very comfortable bed
The rooms and the bathroom are compact due to their location in the historic old town.
